Here at Surfing Croyde Bay, we provide year round surf lessons and coasteering experiences from our five star Surfing England Accredited Centre of Excellence. We are perfectly located beside the beach and are very experienced in providing large group activities. All the facilities in our purpose-built surf centre are perfect for groups as it has everything you need under one roof. With heated indoor changing, hot showers, a car park and an on-site cafe you only need to bring your swimwear and a towel and we will provide everything else.

Get a five star watersports experience for your students! We run all of our activities to a maximum ratio of 6 students to 1 instructor, which is an industry leading standard and something we are incredibly proud to provide. We believe this speaks volumes about our commitment to providing professional, safe activities. All of our staff are fully qualified ISA surf instructors, beach lifeguards and D.B.S checked with senior staff holding up to date certification for specifically working with and safeguarding children. Our top-of-the-line equipment includes 5mm Tiki wetsuits and accessories that will keep you warm in the sea, as well as foam surfboards by industry-leading beginner surfboard manufacturer Softech.

Surfing Croyde Bay is a Surfing England Centre Of Excellence. As an outdoor activity provider we are approved and accredited by the H.S.E and hold an up to date A.A.L.A licence. Our Coasteering Centre is part of the National Coasteering Charter.

We are highly experienced in providing surf lessons and coasteering experiences to all group sizes, from one to one coaching to large group activities, all of our activities are provided at a maximum ratio of 6 students to one instructor, an industry leading standard we are very proud of

Dependant on activity packages and group size, usually from £22.50 per person for surf lessons and £30 per person for Coasteering

All equipment is provided, participants just need to bring swimwear, a towel and sunscreen.

Croyde is an R.N.L.I lifeguarded beach. All of our staff are fully qualified ISA surf instructors and beach lifeguards, with first aid training. First aid kit is kept on site and taken with instructors where needed.

All the facilities in our purpose-built surf centre are perfect for groups as it has everything you need under one roof; heated indoor changing, hot showers, a car park and an on-site cafe serving food and drinks all day. Cafe Croyde serves simple, local, and homemade food with choices for all ages. The menu offers all day brunch and other favourites, great coffee and a large drinks menu.

Our venue is wheelchair accessible, and we can cater to different needs. We have staff members with adaptive surf instructor qualifications, please contact us to discuss accessibility and disability needs in detail.

We are open everyday from 8am – 8pm, we run multiple surf and coasteering sessions each day.

‘Surfing Croyde Bay is a rare find! So seldom can you find suppliers who offer top end coaching with the best ratios of instructors to pupils. Where other suppliers are literally maxing out on ‘legal’ ratios, Surfing Croyde Bay offers ratios that have surf development and stoke at the centre. The team knows pupils names with a few sessions and the pupils leed off the awesome vibe the instructors give off. These instructors are not passing the time, they are fresh from the line-up themselves! You wont get a better location of staff to see you through any surf session!
